A. No, you have access to all our products without needing to sign into an account; however, if you would like to hear updates from us please subscribe at the bottom of the home page.



Q. Which payment methods do you accept?
A. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

Q. Do you offer international shipping?
A. Yes, there are very few countries that we cannot ship our products to. If you wish to query whether or not your location is one of these, drop us a message on the ‘Contact Us’ page & we’ll confirm it.



Q. Can I return an order if it isn’t right?
A. Yes, if you’re not happy with your order, we will sort something out with you. Simply follow the steps on the ‘Returns & Refunds’ page.

Q. Can I exchange my item?
A. Yes, we can exchange it for the same item, or colour variety of that item.



Q. Are all your products eco-friendly?
A. All of our products are reusable, and we always try and stay away from single use materials. In most cases, the products have been manufactured with the use of eco-friendly, biodegradable materials. Not all our products are entirely plastic free, however we only provide this type of product when we know they are good quality, long lasting and far from single use!

Q. Why do you sell some plastic products?
A. Plastic is in many ways a great material. It is durable, lightweight and can be used for many different things. The main issue with plastic products is that we often use them unnecessarily, so wherever possible we provide alternative options. Nonetheless, in the cases where plastic is a better and safer alternative, it may be included in some of our products. As we evolve as a brand, we aspire to provide solely plastic free alternatives and to use the very least damaging materials.

Q. Is all your packaging plastic free?
A. We sadly don’t have complete control over the packaging process, however as we start to grow our goal is to ensure we use the least amount of plastic possible!
